Top notes of raspberry, citrus and juniper. Flowering lemon myrtle, lavender and lime bring lifted citrus and floral notes. Added after distillation, organic raspberries and hibiscus flowers give Posy a delicate pink hue and subtle sweetness. Serve long with tonic or soda.
